Oh my cuteness! What a delicious baby! I am documenting Grayson’s first year and this was his 3 months session. I was supposed to take the pictures on the day of his baptism, but was home sick and my husband filled my shoes. So, I got to go see this happy guy a little later for a mini session.
This Mama has the sweetest neighbor who comes over with food, comes over to help, and can make Grayson smile in an instant. I made sure to include a shot with her in it. What a lucky and LOVED little guy. =)

Los Angeles Family Photographer – 3 Generations

I think EVERYONE should consider doing a “generations” shoot. It truly is so special. Look at these ladies (including the littlest one)!!! Gorgeous!!! I photographed this littlest one while in mama’s belly and as a newborn. I am so flattered and thankful that they chose me again for their photos. It was Dad’s idea and it was a Mother’s Day gift. So thoughtful and such a great idea!
We went to a really pretty local park and we lucked out on some nice warm weather. Then we lucked out on some candid moments with some dogs showing love to little Olivia. It was the cutest thing and she wasn’t even phased by the big dog smooch. Olivia also had her eyes set on a little toddler boy that was just her age. You will know when you scroll to the image where she is pulling away from Mama, that she found herself a friend. Too cute!
I really hope that we can do another generations shoot in the future. Maybe when she is 5? How cute would that be to do one every 5 years? Just throwing that out there! Hehe! =D

Camarillo Family Photographer – Grace’s First Birthday Party

Grace has been such a joy to be around for her “baby’s first year”. I love her! I am so happy that I was able to document her first birthday party, too. Seriously, NOTHING compares to being present for your child’s birthday party by hiring a photographer to document the day for you. It takes so much pressure off of the parents AND both parents actually get to be IN the pictures with their child. I can say with major regret that my children will grow up thinking that Mommy was never at their birthday parties. I need to take my own advice and hire someone to take pictures next time. It really does make me sad to not be able to see myself with my children in pictures from their big day.
The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for this day. Mom and Grandma did some amazing decorating for this party. I was so impressed. Everything went really well and I even had a chance to make a little short video which is at the end of this long (and overdue) post.

Ventura County Newborn Photographer – Baby Connor

Meet Connor! He is the son of a pilot and flight attendant. He is a baby that was waited for and he is a baby that is VERY loved. He has the sweetest grandma and the cutest (but a little stressed out) cat. Connor is such a well behaved happy thing, too. Oh and hungry, but aren’t all newborns? He didn’t cry much, but is certainly a mama’s boy and when she would pass him off, he would protest a little. I am privileged to have met him and photograph him not only because he is super sweet, but also because he is my sister’s new nephew. I can’t wait to see him again at family functions and see how much he has changed. Don’t forget to watch the little movie that I made from the day. A short film is included in all newborn sessions. 🙂
